THE NOUN

Noun:

A noun is a word which is used as a name of a person, a place or a living or non living thing.

 Example:


1.Name of person = Preeti , dhir
2.Name of place    = circus , school
3.Name of action  =  choice, work
4.Name of thing    =  table  , almirah
5.Name of quality =  simplicity , beauty
6.Name of situation=deep , sleep

There are five kinds of " Noun":-

1. Proper Noun
2. Abstract Noun
3. Collective Noun
4. Common Noun
5. Material Noun

1. Proper Noun

The name which is given to a particular person, thing or place etc.
        Example:- Ram was born on Tuesday.

 2. Common Noun

 A common noun is that "name" which is take common by everyone.
          Example:-  water is useful for everyone.
            • Ghee is necessary for life.         Water and ghee both are common name which are common or use by everyone.

NOTE:- proper noun is changed in common noun when it used in or for  anyone's class.
            Example:- " sudhir " is the "Dara singh "of our class.
            •" Kashmir" is the" Switzerland" of Asia

3. Collective Noun

A number of things regarded as a whole group of collections.
           Example:- our team won the match.
               •  Indian army fought bravely

4. Material Noun

A word used for the substance , with which things are made.

            Example:- "table" is made up of "wood". 
   •  silver is white
   •. Rings are made by Gold

5. Abstract Noun

It is used for action, quality or state.

             Example:- 

                     •  laughter is a good medicine.

Narration

Definition the art of reporting the words of a speaker to the other one is called narration. in English we have two types to say any speaker words. 1. Direct speech = word to word 2.
